On March 21,2009 students who are going to go on the eight grade trip to Washington D.C ,and New York will meet at Lynn Middle School at 6:00 A.M. From Lynn, they are going to the El Paso airport. Las Cruces middle schools are going on the trip all together. They are returning from the trip on March 26, 2009. The trip will help the students learn about United States history first hand.

They are going to see many cool places and many things. For instance, in New York City, students are going to see the very famous play "Mama Mia" on Broadway. In Washington D.C. the students are going to see The White House and the Smithsonian Museum.

On March 23, students are going to be headed to New York from D.C.
When they get to New York they will go check into their luxurious hotels. From there they will go and eat breakfast at the hotel. Students will be given lots of food and a bunch of free time to roam around and buy awesome souvenirs. The students will be safe because there will be a lot of chaperone's and at night in the hotel, there will be guards by their doors.

On March 26, students are leaving New York. When students get to El Paso airport, the bus will bring all students to Lynn Middle School. Students will probably sleep all weekend to recover from this amazing trip!
